Feats represent extraordinary talents and abilities that your character may possess. Characters begin with TBD feats, and gain new feats at every TBD level.

Feats

Brawl

Prerequisites: Melee Combat score of 1 or more.

Effect: Your character gains a +2 bonus to non-lethal damage when fighting unarmed.


Favored Weapon

Prerequisites: Weapon Specialization with selected weapon type.

Effect: Choose a specific weapon in your character's inventory (must be of the type for which he has already selected Weapon Specialization). Your character gains a +1 bonus to all attack rolls with that weapon, but also takes a -2 penalty with all other weapons. These modifiers stack with the modifiers gained from Weapon Specialization.


Knockout Blow

Prerequisites: Brawl, Melee Combat score of 5 or more.

Effect: If you score an automatic hit (natural 17 or 18) while fighting unarmed, the defender must make an Endurance check against a target number of 10. If he fails the Endurance check, the defender is immediately knocked unconscious.


Martial Arts

Prerequisites: Melee Combat score of 1 or more.

Effect: A character with the Martial Arts feat may choose to do lethal damage when attacking without a weapon.


Weapon Specialization

Prerequisites: Melee Combat score of 3 or more.

Effect: Choose one type of weapon (e.g. longsword, quarterstaff, short bow, etc.) to specialize in. Your character gains a +1 bonus to all attack rolls with that type of weapon, but also takes a -2 penalty with all other types of weapon. This feat may not be taken more than once.
